Cllr Mike Cox was invited to present awards at the West London area of the 2007 Panathlon Games.
Mike Cox said
"This was the first time Hillingdon took part in the Panathlon Games for disabled children. Hillingdon's children were fantastic and did Hillingdon proud. These games are a wonderful occasion and all those who took part should be congratulated"
